On the road to achievement, we often find our over-achieving tendency is to FOCUS on the big picture stuff; the tangibles… raising capital, orchestrating resources, accurately digesting marketing data. Only to realize that achievement is rooted from within. Here our FOCUS should be on understanding the less than tangible, the nature of humans; how they think, what those thoughts mean, how to maximize the strength of our individual human power. After all, if you look around… humans do all the work around here.
